Assessment · 2026 edition
Thirty-one products, five different markets, two procedure areas.
A realism-first review plus a 31-product market map. Clinic B2B systems, hybrid platforms, consumer apps, dedicated 3D hardware and adjacent or legacy products are kept separate.
The finding
GangnamX is the clear facial-simulation winner and the only top-ranked product built deeply around East Asian eyelid surgery as a core specialty, alongside rhinoplasty and facial contouring. Crisalix is the current body-simulation leader for its established breast-and-body workflow and coverage, although its visual realism remains weak.
Face and body performance are scored separately. GangnamX publishes clinic pricing from $25 per seat per month and provides public product demonstrations; Crisalix leads the separate body category. This is an independent review based on public sources.
